What does the price shown include?

Everything: the rental for your dates, taxes, and delivery if you chose it. Nothing is added at handover. Only the deposit, shown next to the price, is asked on top, and it is returned at drop-off.

What is the deposit, and how do I pay it?

A guarantee the agency holds during the rental, usually 5,000 MAD. Each car lists the accepted methods: cash, cheque or bank card depending on the agency. It is returned when you bring the car back, unless there is damage or fines.

When do I pay?

At handover, directly to the agency. Nothing is charged online during the launch phase.

Which documents do I need?

Your ID card or passport, your driving licence and the deposit. Minimum age and licence seniority are shown on each car’s page.

How does confirmation work?

You send your request on Darivo, without paying. The agency checks availability and confirms in your Darivo inbox, which we follow too. Once the booking is confirmed, you see the agency’s phone number and address.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Each agency shows its free-cancellation window on the car page, most often 48 hours before pickup.
