We only collect what your booking request needs: the chosen car, the dates, the pickup location, your name, your phone number, your email if you give it, and the messages you exchange with the agency on Darivo.

Before confirmation, the agency only sees your first name, and phone numbers, emails and links typed in the chat are masked. Once the booking is confirmed, the agency receives your name and phone number and you receive theirs, for the handover. Darivo may read messages to keep bookings running smoothly and to prevent fraud.

This data is kept for as long as needed to process your booking and meet legal obligations, then deleted.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. The only cookie set (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your chosen language.
